Rob served for over 8 years in the Royal Navy, during which he was selected as part of the Brickwoods field gun team; no easy feat! On leaving the forces, Rob qualified as a master personal trainer and has been training people since 2010. He has run the London marathon twice and is very much into lifting heavy stuff, with a passion for strength and conditioning. He's even coached Common Wealth games athletes!
