REMINDER OF SESSION CHANGES THIS WEEK
No session Monday 10th August due to Plymouth Argyle. So instead, we’ll be holding a special Double Endurance Session Sunday 16th, 9:00-10:00 or 10:00-11:00 or take on the full challenge and do 9:00-11:00!! 9:00-10:00 will be dedicated to Boxercise 🥊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ and YES those who attend the full session will get 2 attendance points.
Wed 12th we are on as normal.

⚽️ A football-inspired session this evening with plenty of laughs! ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

If you have a backpack, please bring it along and fill it with some weight, whether that's purpose-built fitness weights or everyday household items (some members are known to use tins of beans! 😄). Just wrap any loose items in a towel so they stay secure and comfortable to carry.

Rough weight guide:

🔴 Reds 5kg-10kg
🟢 Greens 10kg+

A huge congratulations to Katherine Lyddon, who completed the Plymouth Triathlon yesterday! 🏊🚴🏃

If you've been following Katherine's vlogs on our YouTube channel, you'll know just how much dedication, hard work and determination she's put into her training. Seeing her cross that finish line was incredible, and we couldn't be prouder! 🥳

A few of the PFC team went along to cheer her on and support her every step of the way. That's what being part of the PFC family is all about. 🥰💙

"Thank you for everyone's support. If I had been there alone, I would have given up after the swim. These guys kept running all over to see me in different spots and kept me from giving up. An absolute emotional rollercoaster but so much support and love, I had to keep going. I thought it'd take me 4-4.5 hours so to keep going for an additional hour was incredibly hard but I had the biggest support crew there and other competitors keeps saying 'i wish I had a team of people like that'. I am really really lucky to have my PFC family. Thanks everyone."

While we're not a running club, you'll often find running mixed into our sessions alongside strength, conditioning, and team based workouts.

TABBING THIS WEEK- after a few months off, tabbing returns 26th Feb 🥳 a weighted walk/jog with a mixture of drills. We run it just like any standard session with options for all. Bring a weighted rucksack or weighted vest with you to the session.

Don't worry if you don't have weights, this can be achieved from items such as tins in your cupboard! Or we can loan a few weights / bags if required, but please let us know beforehand.

Ideal weights guide:
Blue 0-5kg, Red 5-10kg, Green 10kg + but again just a guide. If you’ve never tried it before we would encourage you to give it a go, you can even try without weight. Plus it's a good opportunity to boost those all important attendance points!
