TABBING THIS WEEK- after a few months off, tabbing returns 26th Feb 🥳 a weighted walk/jog with a mixture of drills. We run it just like any standard session with options for all. Bring a weighted rucksack or weighted vest with you to the session.

Don't worry if you don't have weights, this can be achieved from items such as tins in your cupboard! Or we can loan a few weights / bags if required, but please let us know beforehand.

Ideal weights guide:
Blue 0-5kg, Red 5-10kg, Green 10kg + but again just a guide. If you’ve never tried it before we would encourage you to give it a go, you can even try without weight. Plus it's a good opportunity to boost those all important attendance points!

Originally from Gateshead not far from Newcastle, Kieran joined the Royal Navy as a Direct Entry Leading Physical Trainer, making the most of a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Exercise and Nutrition.
Kieran has spent 2 years instructing new recruits at HMS RALEIGH, served on HMS NORTHUMBERLAND and currently serving on HMS SUTHERLAND. He is very passionate about fitness, health and wellbeing and is a massive lover of playing sport. Of course his native NUFC holds a massive place in his heart!

Now, Mabs is taking the next step in her career by seeking further education to become a rehab instructor, combining her passion for fitness with her dedication to helping others unlock their full potential.

“Fitness, to me, is a way of life—it’s about waking up feeling strong, healthy, and ready to take on the day. It doesn’t need to be extreme or unachievable to work. The key is finding a way you love to move your body and doing that as often as you can.”
