Stacey served in the Royal Navy for 5 years as a Aircraft Engineering Technician, deploying to several parts of the Middle East and Europe.
During her time, she represented in a variety of sports including rugby and boxing but she achieved the most success in Taekwondo, earning gold medals for the Royal Navy team.
After leaving she began gaining fitness qualifications including Personal Training and various Les Mills programmes.
“My favourite type of fitness training is group exercise. I find training with other people really motivates and encourages me to push further in my workout. Plus I do enjoy a little bit of healthy competition now and again! What I love about being a PFC coach is the strong team dynamics and the one in, all in approach!”
