All you need to do to sign up ahead of your first session, is fill out our health questionnaire via the sign up button, and then turn up to any session! (Your free trial starts from when you attend your first session not from when you complete the form).
No two sessions are the same, so try out as many sessions and coaches as you can during your free trial!
Our timetable:
MONDAY - 7PM - 8PM
WEDNESDAY - 7PM - 8PM
SATURDAY - 9AM - 10AM
SUNDAY - 9AM - 10AM
Undecided or feeling anxious?
We know how daunting it can be turning up to a new group by yourself but we are a very friendly, welcoming and inclusive group of a range of ages and abilities and we will soon make you feel at home!
Our colour coded system ensures that all abilities get the best out of each session and equally that nobody is left behind.
