POPPY

Poppy served just over three years in the RAF Regiment, where she developed a passion for the arduous training and constant challenges it entailed. She thrived on activities such as heavy load carrying and field exercises. During her service, Poppy represented the RAF in boxing and continued her dedication to the sport after leaving, completing a boxing coaching course. Following her time in the military, she became a personal trainer, combining her love for functional training with a focus on improving strength and fitness.
The opportunity to be a boot camp instructor was something I couldn’t turn down as outdoor training is so different from a gym environment. I enjoy the group environment and pushing people past their beliefs, while creating a positive fitness environment for all abilities.
